Recipe 1: Vegetable Sardine

Ingredients: green vegetables (mustard greens, broccoli, etc), a can of sardine, garlic & onion, onion leaf, water
How to cook:
1. Cut vegetables and boil in a few minute. Place separately.
2. Slice garlic & onion, cut onion leaf then stir with little oil until flavouring.
3. Put vegetables, sardine in. Add a glass of water. Cook until boiling.
4. Taste it. You may add salt, sugar or tomatoes sauce as you like.
5. Ready to be served.
